This is a very wonderful collection of Dr Seuss prints made into your favorite skirt. The pattern includes directions for sizes 2-5....which is very generous and will fit a size 6-7 easily. My model is wearing a size 2! The bigger sizes have an additional row of ruffles.
This Kit includes the following items: fabric to make the skirt including the pre cut strips, elastic, the pattern, a sewing tips sheet from me, the tulle, and the polka dot ribbon. The Tshirt applique panel is not available.
This
kit includes everything you need to make one just like the sample. Shipping
for all kits is $3.00. If you are
purchasing multiple items, shipping will be $11.00 in a flat rate box. Please
