This little skirt is perfect on it’s own or worn under my “Fiona’s Dress” or “Grace’s Pinafore” or with several of my other designs. This skirt was inspired by longer and fuller skirts worn in times gone by. Shannon features an elastic waistband for comfort and easy on and offs as well as a pretty ruffle around the bottom of the skirt.
