The layers are hounds tooth and damask, trimmed in fine whale corduroy and velvet with a roaring 20's style bow. Easy to make with great instructions, elastic waist with a self forming ruffle at the top. This will be her favorite skirt!

for all kits is $3.00. If you are
purchasing multiple items, shipping will be $11.00 in a flat rate box. Please
