This top can be worn as a top with pants, as seen here, or
alone as a dress. It has a 3/4 sleeve and short sleeve option.
It comes with a kerchief for her hair and a sash. The pattern
includes detailed instructions with photographs to explain
how to do the shirring around the neck, sleeves, and waist.
The pants are not included, but are available in a separate
pattern.
